Verified Recognition Arrangement
The Valid-Mark Verified Recognition Arrangement (VRA) is a multilateral protocol designed to ensure that accredited certificates issued by one signatory are recognized and trusted by all other signatories globally.
Operating under the core principles of ISO/IEC 17011, the VRA eliminates technical barriers to international trade by providing a mathematically verifiable chain of custody for certification data. Each signatory undergoes a rigorous peer evaluation process to ensure continuous compliance with the Valid-Mark Global Standards, including mandatory cryptographic reporting.
Mandate of Mutual Trust
"The VRA ensures that the output of any accredited body within our network is treated with the same legal weight as if it were issued locally by the domestic regulator, underpinned by immutable data integrity."
Signatories to the VRA are required to push all certification state changes (Issuance, Suspension, Revocation) to the Global Trust Registry in real-time. This collective commitment creates a transparent ecosystem where trust is not merely assumed, but technically enforced through the Valid-Mark v2.4 protocol.
