Liability Exclusion
The Valid-Mark Global Registry Authority (GRA) operates strictly as a technological custodian and immutable repository for certification metadata.
While Valid-Mark provides the architectural framework for the synchronization of certification states, the GRA does not conduct independent audits, nor does it verify the underlying technical competence of the certified entities. The absolute responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of any record hosted within the Global Trust Registry rests solely with the Reporting Entity (the accredited Certification Body) identified as the "Issuer."
Statutory Notice of Non-Liability
"Valid-Mark shall not be held liable for any commercial loss, legal dispute, or operational failure resulting from decisions made based on the data provided by third-party signatories. Users are advised that the registry reflects the 'state of declaration' as pushed by the accredited bodies."
Valid-Mark ensures that once a data packet is registered and hashed, it remains tamper-proof. However, the GRA excludes all liability for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations made by the Issuer at the point of data entry. Access to and use of the Registry implies acceptance of these jurisdictional limitations as defined under the Valid-Mark Statutes.
