Global Governance Structure
Global Governance & Oversight Structure
The Valid-Mark architecture operates under a strictly defined multilateral governance model, ensuring absolute cryptographic integrity, independent oversight, and unwavering compliance with international normative documents, notably ISO/IEC 17021-1. Our governance framework is specifically designed to eliminate conflicts of interest and safeguard the immutability of the global trust registry.
The Global Secretariat (Executive Board)
The highest executive authority responsible for the continuous operation of the Valid-Mark cryptographic backbone. The Secretariat enforces the API Integration Protocols (VM-MD-30) and dictates the strategic expansion of the registry. It holds the sole authority to execute node authorizations and revoke Signatory statuses in cases of critical non-conformity or data manipulation.
Committee for Safeguarding Impartiality (CSI)
To guarantee the unquestionable neutrality of the registry, the CSI acts as an independent oversight mechanism. Composed of international stakeholders, conformity assessment experts, and legal representatives, this committee ensures that commercial, financial, or other pressures do not compromise Valid-Mark's operations. The CSI holds veto power over procedural changes that threaten global impartiality.
Technical & Normative Standards Committee
This specialized unit develops, reviews, and issues the Mandatory Documents (MD) and Informative Documents (ID). It ensures that the Valid-Mark data synchronization logic complies with the latest evolutions in ISO standards, IAF mandatory guidelines, and global data privacy regulations (GDPR/KVKK). The committee is the absolute authority on cryptographic hashing rules for certifications.
Official Declaration of Neutrality
Valid-Mark does not provide consultancy, certification, or accreditation services. It functions strictly as an independent, immutable ledger for verified conformity assessment data.
